*** NOTICE ***

The Ground Water Protection Council (GWPC), who manages FracFocus, will soon publish a Request for Proposal (RFP) to replace the website.

GWPC periodically develops a list of software development companies (consultants) who are interested in bidding on projects. The GWPC may pre-qualify consultants and develop a consultant resource list from which they assign various work/projects through Master Service Agreements. When assigning projects, GWPC may assign work based on qualifications, experience, and time considerations.

The GWPC is seeking a list of consultants interested in bidding on the FracFocusData Upgrade and receiving the RFP when released. Consultants should have expertise in one or more of the following: data management, software development, website development, web-based data visualization, Application Program Interface (API) development, MS IIS, and MS SQL Server. Additional experience in well or environmental regulatory expertise and various technologies considered relevant to Water-Energy-Resource management is a plus.
