The FracFocus system since 3/28/2025 has the ability to accept chemical disclosure data for hydraulic fracturing jobs performed on wells that are not associated with oil and gas production.  This data will be held separate from the existing Oil & Gas well disclosures.  Development has completed on this Public Website to provide tools for viewing and public download.  The system presents the disclosure data similar to how disclosures are currently presented for wells associated with oil and gas production.  A list of availalbe Non-Oil and Gas disclosures is available for review once data is submitted.  In addition download files of the data is available once data is submitted.

Some of the industries/well types to be included in the update are:

• Geothermal Wells (i.e., Enhanced Geothermal Systems),
• Pressure Energy Wells,
• CCUS/Class VI Injection Wells, and
• Critical and Rare Earth Mineral Brine Wells.
